Exchange Policy

Exchange Window: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Procedure: To start the exchange process, please contact us via WhatsApp at +27640364335. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Returns must be shipped back within 48 hours after your exchange request is approved.
