Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Procedure: To start the exchange process, please contact us via WhatsApp at +27640364335. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Returns must be shipped back within 48 hours after your exchange request is approved.

Inspect Your Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue.

For the smoothest resolution, we recommend returning the item first and then placing a new order for the desired product.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, confirming if the exchange or store credit has been approved.
