Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide the option for exchanges or store credit. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement immediately, you can return the item for store credit.

Our exchange policy allows for a period of 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an address and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. It's important to note that we can only accept items that have been sent back to us with a prior exchange request within 48 hours of receiving them.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items promptly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please inform us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.

To ensure a swift resolution and acquire the desired item, we recommend returning the original item. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
