Standard: estimated 2-3 business days.
Express: estimated 1-2 business days. This service is nationwide and only to a postnet.
Same Day Delivery: This service is only within Cape Town.
Refunds
We offer refunds with a 15% fee deducted from the product price. Refund processing takes 5 business days from the date of approval. To request a refund, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Policy
While we do not offer full refunds beyond the above option, we provide the flexibility of exchanges or store credit. If you don’t find a suitable replacement right away, you can return the item for store credit.
• Exchange Window: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Procedure: To start the exchange process, please contact us via WhatsApp at +27640364335. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Returns must be shipped back within 48 hours after your exchange request is approved.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items right away. If you find any defects, damages, or wrong items, let us know immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
For the smoothest resolution, we recommend returning the item first and then placing a new order for the desired product.
